I feel my best when I’m exercising regularly. 💪With the amount of travel I’ve done this past month, I have not been able to stay on top of my fitness routine. Luckily I do have pretty good muscle memory and I can get my gains back after just a couple of gym sessions and healthy meals. I believe all of us have that ability within our bodies. We only have to give our bodies the opportunity to heal. 🥰After this weekend I will have a clear schedule. No more travel, no more planned visits. I look forward to catching you up on all the content I’ve made, and I look forward to getting back to my routine. ❤️
