Wet & Naked Pull-Ups! Fresh out of the sauna, covered in sweat and oil, I practice my pull-ups and hangs from my garage gym tower. The views are spectacular. 👩🏻🍳💋It’s important to keep my back flexible throughout my life so that I can do backbends and flips and other cool stuff to impress the youngins, and of course to be fun in bed. 🤭😁I hope this motivates you on this beautiful spring Monday! 💪
