🕑 Added 2022-05-17 11:16:43 +0000 UTC I've done something completely idiotic.... I've agreed, at very short notice, to do a 10k run THIS SUNDAY!! I'm all signed up so there's no backing out. This morning I started getting some form or practice in 😎😇 I did 3.5k today, hopefully I can build that through the week 🙏 First pic is pre-run, the second is immediately after 😉 enjoy 😘 An announcement will follow shortly about fundraising, I've decided to do it for the foodbank I volunteer at, hopefully you can sponsor me! 😉🙏😘
