Today, we are doing our perineum sunning practice, which is an excellent way to get our daily dose of vitamin D in the winter time. 😜The sun was out, so the buns were out, yet it was still too chilly to take off my Spock socks. 😅I really like the Hanukkah tradition of forbidding all forms of work during the time of observation. It’s still going on right now, so it makes me happy to think that there are humans out there who are still intentionally doing less. That’s my mission this week, too. I know that the grind of work and life never stops, not even for a holiday. But you are here now aren’t you?
