Tonight we're having proper rolls for dinner 🥬🍣🥑🥗 I am very picky about my diet. But I am against restrictions and diets. I can freely eat a piece of cake or pie. But after that, 2 hours of working out at the gym. Or I can have the next meal as much as 12 hours after eating a sweet. I realize that proper nutrition is 75% of the key to a healthy body! Do you keep track of your diet?🍏🥒
