They helped me hit all my macros and go over my carbs for the first time in awhile. dinner was huge and so filling too, I felt stuffed after. Second day in a row exceeding 3,000 calories! I usually get pretty close but rarely go over, I don’t have any diet restrictions as long as I hit my macros 💜 excited for tomorrow!
