☀️✨13 minute video of my morning yoga / stretching / sexual embodiment practice ✨☀️
The way we connect with our bodies in the morning, can impact the way our day tends to unfold
I used to be one to race into and through my morning into the day: respond to an email, race to a task or grab my phone the moment I woke up.
Now, I slow down, for as long as I’m able.
Touch my body in presence.
Speak to it. Listen in.
Love on it first thing.
Remind it of its beauty, its power, its worth.
Sitting with my body in presence in the morning, even just for a few moments: really sitting and being in awe of it all, it connects me deeper to myself, my sexual self, my feminine and sensuality as well as a deep feeling + knowing of my gifts and true worth as a human.
Who knew this one practice could go so deep?
This practice has the ability to calm me, aliven me, make me feel turned on and motivated all in ONE
☀️✨💛
Happy Monday, Beautiful Souls
Don’t forget to move those sexy bodies of yours and show them some extra love today :)
