The slower we go, the more we open to feel ✨
👄Have you heard of “Sensual Eating” before? 👄
Sensual eating is about coming into the pure present moment with our food.
Using the 5 senses and this present moment to go further into the experience with it all.
We often eat our food and enjoy different of our pleasures without noticing the infinite depths of pleasures waiting within them.
In the slowing down, they unfold.

Before we consume our food naturally more quickly or without thought, allowing ourselves to take in a few extra smells of it, closing our eyes and noticing the layers in the smell of it.
Brushing it against our lips.
Noticing the textures and flavors on our lips.
Placing a piece in our mouth as slowly as we can.
Breathing in the flavors and layers of pleasure in it.
Opening and allowing those sounds of the “YES, THIS IS GOOD!”
Get messy. Allow.

We can use this with all pleasure. Slowing the moments down and taking them in, each and every one, in depth.
✨ Using this as a practice for life. ✨
When we are enjoying something, slow down with it. Take it in, even more.
