Taking just a few moments each morning and day to list what I’m thankful for and then feel deep into my heart how wonderful it is to have and notice these blessings. To fully honor them and breathe them in. This practice helps us observe and come back into presence with the little things in life we often pass by or may not take time to fully think about. It helps us see just how blessed we really are. Always. A few things I am thankful for : -Sunshine and the way it calms me 🌞 -Sunsets and Sunrises -The farmers and all workers who work hard to provide the food I eat -Music and the way it opens my heart and body -A warm home to live in out of the cold this winter -My ability to love myself fully, observe my habits and patterns unlike I could ever before. -My heart and how it yearns to hold space for others to feel and be loved -Every supporter of my creations and work Cheers to this flashback photoset :) One of my in the moment favorites Thankful for you, always ✨🍂
