I’ve missed you guys🤍
I’ve been sick and moving through some bad flares in my health conditions this past week.
My flares and health conditions have been my greatest teachers.
Whenever I’m in these times of flares, it really reminds me how blessed I am for my body and how hard it works to keep me alive and protected.
When our body shows pain or illness, it’s asking us for more rest than ever.
