When you are able to let go and simply do or be? Simply, trust? ✨✨✨ ~What happens when we grasp? ~What happens when we hold endless expectation for life, ourselves, others and moments? ~What happens when we try to always be in control or to control? I have been in deep reflection lately about flow. ~How that simple choice of “flow” can shift an entire moment, experience or day. My health has been moving through some difficult times and requiring me to experience this need for flow and surrender. It has been the greatest test of it all for me. ~ Can I flow with what my body shows and asks of me during these times instead of push harder or try to overly control the current or end situation? ✨Where is life asking more FLOW from you? ✨
