I had a sudden loss of a pet last weekend and then was also moving through health flares alongside it all. As I always talk about on here, life has continuous way of bringing us back to the reminder that we are only so much in control of what unfolds. Will we still see ourselves as just as worthy when life throws a curveball and moves in a way we can’t predict or control? Will we fight against what occurs or flow? How we choose to respond when something goes the opposite of planned is everything. This week, life asked me to step away from everything, take care of ME and grieve. I share a lot on here about self care and I want us each to embody what we wish others to also embody. I’ll only wish for you to follow what is needed for you. Flow with what’s called for you when life goes unplanned ♥️✨
