With each of our lives comes - responsibility, the unexpected and a lot to juggle overall on our daily plates.
Where are the moments- to truly honor - US?
Much of life - we often might become disconnected from our feelings, the present or our body due to the go go go or stressors of life .
🌿Slowing down with a single moment
🌿.Feeling that moment, as deeply as you can.
🌿Feeling its offerings and reminders of- love. You- as deserving and as being- love.
🌿Slowing down with, you. Your breath. Your body.
This is your control gauge back to center.

Thank you for each and every one of you who are still here honoring my work and me even in my brief absences most recently - I had a health flare and then have been moving through a serious family emergency with my dad and it’s requiring a lot on me to tend to right now so I will always be here when I can. I will always create - when I feel, me. That is my promise.
I am thankful to come back here after long days and read such nourishing messages from you all . My heart feels so so full in that.
