It’s important we have these spaces to express openly and amongst others. To be able to share what is true 🤍 For me, I’m feeling overwhelmed but also excited. I am reminded that life can be both all at once. May we remember this - even in the heavier moments, joy and excitement can also exist I am stepping into even more new offerings for my wellness and intimacy guidance work which are that much more aligned for me and they excite me to offer them At the same time, I’ve been moving through more flares in my health conditions as well as have been grieving my father moving through severe decline in early onset dementia which both continually overwhelm me. ✨Can I hold myself in both celebrating my joy as well as allowing my stillness or grieving that is true? ✨ I wish the same for you ❤️ 3 words for what I wish for this week ahead : - play, nourishment, connection Sending my love as we enter a new week and month
