Being bullied through most of my years at school and my home life not being healthy or reflecting confidence - my natural posture was : Shoulders caved inward Back slouched or hunched Folded arms Eyes more to the floor, difficulty with eye contact I never connected my posture to my confidence until a few years ago when I dove deep into confidence work on myself as up until then I was faking and feeling exhausted within it because I wanted it to feel, me. As I began to connect with myself deeper. As I began to come back to the worth in my eyes as I was.
