Irritability. Inability to Focus. Poor Sleep. Symptoms. Etc. This last week I have been away healing from a chronic pain flare up. I live with multiple medical conditions including fibromyalgia which impacts my body and chronic pain through my body. I developed fibromyalgia after long periods of stress in my life. I refused to accept a life of only pain and not feeling any control so I started learned all I could about healing. I learned the deep connection between high stress levels and chronic illness and pain. I have been devoted to learning all I can to support the body in healing since. I advocate and work 1:1 with others to support them in releasing and reducing their stress levels to better support their health long term. Thank you for each of your support. For being here.
