Wanted to give an update.
I’m taking care of my health right now ( I’ve been dealing with a health issue). Making it my priority for the next couple weeks.
I’ve done extensive research on nutrition health and I’m making positive changes in my diet and lifestyle. I’m in my early 30’s, if you didn’t know. I decided to be more disciplined about what I nurture myself with and aim for a high quality of life. If this means goodbye burgers, so be it lol! I’m going vegetarian/ pescatarian from here on out! I thought it would be hard but honestly I feel the healing process and it feels gooooood. The bonus to all this improvement, my overall looks may also gain from this adjustment.

I hope by next month, I’ll be back in the kinky-kitchen to cook up some hot spicy content for y’all!
