I’ll be making new content tomorrow, last week was very rough and I also came the realization that I suffer from severe health anxiety which is leads to physical symptoms and it can be extremely debilitating, but I’m aware now so I’m Working on how to retrain my brain. It was my sister bday this week so we went to celebrate at Disney which helped me in ways to not focus on the anxiety. I am also making changes to content here. So stay tuned for that.
