Weigh In & Weight Gain Challenge 6/30/23
It’s here!!!! My first weigh in since March. After the weigh in I talk about how I want to now do a weight gain challenge and go into detail about what steps I’m going to take to gain. I discuss my thoughts on the weight that showed up on the scale (keep it a surprise if you leave a review!) and what my goal is for the next 3 months.
