*13 min 38 seconds* In this video I talk about how my recent gains have affected my mobility, what I’ve noticed is changing on my body & where I notice the fat going. I talk about this while attempting to paint my toenails so you can physically see what a struggle it is for me to do such a simple task. I play with my belly, shake my enormous ass, show my fat tree trunk thighs as I’m panting trying to catch my breath from being so out of shape. 😏
