If you take awhile like months to get back to me about a custom video or picture you wanted 9 times out of 10 the chat got deleted to make room for other customers messages without getting lost if that is the case I'm sorry but you'll have to let me know what the video was I try not to waste you're time just like I hope you don't waste mine thank you for understanding
