🪫Energy Depletion: Part 1 of 6 - Progressive Fatigue🪫 What is up guys! The new series starts with an intense and steady energy draining part. Pushups are supersetted with biceps curls and in the end abs crunches with planks. While doing all of this — of course — I‘m being gut punched, to make the exercises even harder🥵🤛🏼 Listen to the music of his fist striking my abs😌🪵 — sounds like wood ^ ^ If you enjoy this f.orced workout category, let me know and I will create even longer sessions :} Btw, his punches reminded me of my very first puncher (gumroad times). They didn‘t looked particularly fierce or brutal, but there was something about them, that they could deliver 100% of his generated force straight into my abs.
