Today marks 35 years since the Velvet Revolution, when Czechoslovakia peacefully ended the communist regime and gained freedom.As a student, liberal, and I guess an OF "model", I value the opportunities we have to create, grow, and make a difference. The quote "Who, if not us? When, if not now?" really speaks to me – it’s a reminder that we all have a part to play in shaping the future. And even if my contribution isn't on a political basis, I wish to believe that my actions both online and offline support the ideals that I stand for. Also, International Students' Day has its roots here in the Czech Republic, remembering students who stood up against the Nazi occupation in 1939. Their courage still reminds to value freedom, justice, and dignity. Let's hope that with all the crazy things that are happening in politics everywhere around the world, with all the things people seem to fight over, we won't ever forget the core values. ❤️🇨🇿🫶
