🏜️ Weekly Plank Challenge: Week 25, 16 Minutes 🏜️ I made it..
🕑 Added 2024-03-04 07:32:41 +0000 UTC 🏜️ Weekly Plank Challenge: Week 25, 16 Minutes 🏜️ I made it out west recently and was fortunate enough to find time to visit the Grand Canyon (western rim). Since I’ve been determined to stick with this plank challenge for as long as I can I had to get this one done on less familiar turf. (I had some audio issues that have caused some delay with this one posting to my @oftv channel, but hoping it will be there soon too!) One thing I have learned as a climber is that you can climb through a pump, the odds don’t have to be in your favor if you’re willing to work at something, sometimes you have to push and risk a fall to see what you can do, and just because something is difficult doesn’t mean it can’t be done. As humans there will eventually be a limit to what we can handle, how far we can push, and what life will allow, but we’ll never appreciate the view if we aren’t near the edge. I’m still trying to find my spot on that edge. 💜 I don’t know how long I’ll last here or in this challenge, but for now here we are. Thank you for being here with me.
