🕑 Added 2024-11-17 13:04:44 +0000 UTC I think I have mentioned Sunday is my favorite day of the week. For whatever reason it seems like people show each other the most respect on Sundays. At least for me (living in the south) Sunday is considered a day of rest and a day that people tend to be a tad bit more considerate of other’s getting the day “off” of work. For those who work in fields that often require availability any day of the week, night or day, it can become hard to relax. A constant “on call” state can lead a person to experience anxiety, feelings of unrest, it can negatively affect their mood while inhibiting the person from thinking they can start anything for fear of being called in. I like to avoid these feelings by escaping to the mountains any chance I get. Today I’m not “on call” for work, but I still heard the mountains beckoning me. 🌲🧗🏻♀️🧘🏼♀️💜
