Today's top tip from me:I know how tricky emotions can be—one minute you're completely chill, and the next, something (or someone) pushes your buttons. Sound familiar? Here’s a little trick I swear by: The 3-Second Rule. Before reacting—pause. Count one, two, three in your mind. In those three seconds, ask yourself:✨ Is this worth my energy?✨ What’s the best response for ME, not just for the situation?✨ How would the best version of me handle this? It’s like stepping into your own power. Because let’s be real—nothing is more attractive than someone who stays cool under pressure. And trust me, that’s a skill worth mastering. 😉Let me know if you want any tweaks! 😊
