Now this is what my research and personal experience has led us to so don't hate 🙃 100 years ago what did people sleep on? how soft was it? 1000 years ago, 2000? Well our research has shown us that human bodies we're designed to sleep on semi hard surfaces. I had all kinds of back problems when I was younger. We built a wooden platform (same height as a bed) We bought a rug that was the same size as a queen bed. Put a stretchy sheet on it. Boom done. Thats it. I will tell you personally. My back problems went away. Completely. Everytime I have to sleep on a mattress or soft surface, my back hurts again. When I go back to the hard bed, poof, gone.
