Little update:
So you know how I was having a really shitty time adjusting to my new antidepressants? Yeah, well.. I straight up stopped because it wasn't an adjustment period — it was two weeks straight of depression I shouldn't have been going through. I'm having a good day today, so I think things will go back to normal. I can handle just sticking with a week a month of pmdd (bad depression before "shark week").
