🕑 Added 2022-04-30 23:44:02 +0000 UTC Your emotional and physical body are constantly affecting each other. If you are stressed, you tense your muscles. If you are cold, you may feel anxious. If you are curious, you may feel fear. If you are afraid, your heart may race. This connection is unbreakable. But you can influence it. An emotion can overtake you. Or you can intervene and overtake it. Both have their time and place. Allowing yourself to fully feel - while also being able to regulate. The ideal is being a major player in making that decision for yourself. Awareness and presence creates the opportunity. Nervous system control creates the necessary chemicals. Come check in with yourself and breathe with @mrdexparker and I this Tuesday at 11AM PST
