Sex has always been a channel of self-exploration for me. Who am I when I have no control? Or when I have all of it? But sexwork has offered a different mirror. Who am I when I have no control who I’m in front of? There are so many different approaches ranging from full fantasy to DIY documentary. I determine my own place on this spectrum based on two factors: integrity and income. It’s an interesting intersection - how can I maintain my sense of self without destroying my bottom line? A truth I’ve come across many times and certainly did not discover myself is this: We all sell our bodies. We are all whores for someone and something. Every day we all make those same decisions. How much of me is for sale? What is the cost vs. reward? And how do I feel about my price?
