yesterday I woke up with a muscle spasm in my right neck and shoulder. Took the day to rehab it and it’s feeling tons better. I went live this morning spontaneously just to share my knowledge of functional movement with y’all in case anyone else has a similar problem. Thank for all the love yesterday. I super appreciate it.
I’m shooting with @photobangbang today and I cannot wait! Stay tuned
