Will I become Elastigirl if I keep stretching?
- **Eagle Arms**: Very twisty lolz. When you do this, make sure to move your twisted arms up slowly, then down slowly. Hold for 30 seconds. Go as far as you can for that extra stretch.
- **Reverse Prayer**: Similar to Prayer but behind your back. There is a modified version of this but I could not understand the instructions (which are in the first clip for those curious).
- **Assisted Side Bend**: We've done Lateral Side Bend before; this is just assisted by having you pull your other arm to stretch further.
I hope you guys liked today's exercises and stretches!

Thank you again to those that contributed toward making today's workout nakey! I hope you liked the progress clip I sent out~
This goal is to make next week's Workout Wednesday be in the nude! Let's keep it going! We'll be working on legs next time with the same format: some exercises/stretches we've tried before with some new. Let's see what we can come up with this time!
Let's complete this goal by Saturday!
Anyways, I hope you all have an amazing rest of your night
