🕑 Added 2021-11-10 21:20:52 +0000 UTC Heyoo, gym buddies! It's Workout Wednesday! And today, we're working on arms! Firstly, I want to thank our contributors for making today's session be in the nude! Tippers shall find a progress video with some additions to our secret goal hehe. *If you would like the secret video, feel free to tip at least $2 under this post~* Secondly, today I'll be showing you some compound arm exercises. Compound exercises are basically those that target more than 1 muscle. These can be a type of exercise done or a combination of exercises that flow seamlessly from one to the next. They can be a bit more difficult to do, but it's definitely worth it and allows for more exercises to target the same muscles which can lead to faster results. Lastly, I'm sure you'll be happy to see what kind of angles I have in store for you to see for both the exercises and the stretches. As always, I try my best to take advantage of my nudity to show you what muscles are being targeted and how they should move while the body moves. I also made use of my mirror so you can see both front and back ;) I hope you all enjoy today's arm exercises and stretches
