It's Workout Wednesday!
And today, we're working on ARMS!!!
I think from now on, we'll be rotating exercises and stretches that I've learned last year. There are obviously more than the ones that I do but with limited equipment in my house, I can only do certain ones. If I do find new exercises and stretches that I can do, I'll add them into Workout Wednesday, or course!
And as always, feel free to send me any workouts you think I should try that I can use with or without two dumbbells and 1 big kettlebell. I am going to use Workout Wednesday monies to get myself a new resistance band to add to my arsenal. I also might get rid of my big kettlebell and get 2 smaller ones instead but that's in the future.
Thank you to contributors for making today's workout be in the nude! You're awesome and contributions do go toward my gym membership and gym-related equipment and clothing. So thank you very much for supporting my fitness journey
