𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 - 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 [𝟏𝟎:𝟏𝟐𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬]
$5 | I've been doing this for 7 years and it's amazing to see what I end up checking off the list :) It's based on an old German practice. This is a shorter version, with my own personal adaptations - you can do it at anytime. Whether you call it brainstorming, dreaming, manifesting - it feels amazing to write things down and see how they evolve or change your life over time 💕
This video includes lots of barefoot chit chat, guided breathing exercises and mindful practice with some unplanned toe cracking at the end 😝
If you'd like me join me in this vid, tip this post $5 and I'll send it to you!
