🕑 Added 2020-09-26 15:05:20 +0000 UTC Needless to say this week has been hell. One of the hardest things for me to have learned in my life is saying no or putting my foot down when things aren’t ok. After two weeks of discomfort and anorexia picking up again, I finally was able to put my foot down and say no to someone no problem. While I do feel proud of myself, I also recognize I have a bit of work to do when it comes to my stress anxiety and anorexia. I’ve decided to go full hermit again until I have it under control again. Hermitting will also prevent added stressors and I’ll be making content more :)
