I trained at Platinum Gym in Birmingham today and loved it. All of the equipment is old school, from back in the day, and is very well maintained. It’s so nice to come across a gym that isn’t a franchise and is all about bodybuilding. 😍 It reminds me of where I started my bodybuilding journey. Iv been used to training in a ‘spit and sawdust’ environment, listening to the clang of weight plates and dumbbells, so today brought back fond memories. 😊
