I was asked recently why as a woman do I want to have muscles. Personally I think it adds more curves to my body. I love the feeling of having toned, shapely muscles. I love feeling strong. Visually I love thick pecs and a wider neck. It fascinates me that you can manipulate the body shape by diet and training. I train for ‘me’ because I love how it makes me feel and look. ☺️❤️
