Iโm shooting an ad campaign for someoneโs lash extension business today โบ๏ธ and can we talk about how amazing I look??? I magically lost 5 lbs and I feel lean as fuck again and itโs all thanks to chia seed pudding my digestion is also so good for the first time in my life and because of that - mentally I feel so good, and also so full of energy - I usually really struggle to get out of bed in the morning because I just feel so blah but not any more like honestly I feel like my life has changed lol and all I had to do was improve my digestion ๐ญ
