Guys š„¹ please stop requesting any kind of shows/content that require abs. Iām not in a leaning out phase right now, Iām in a bulking phase šŖš¼
If you are anyone who understands fitness physique and body building that will make sense to you š
So when being requested to show abs, it gives me a bit of anxiety since Iām eating basically all day long š·š
