We do share a lot of the roles as best we can but I have absolutely no problem with being the person keeping the household functioning day to day. The kids love the stability of me being around more and I also love that about our set up. Does it make me any less ambitious? Nope! I’ve always worked as a professional dancer & then the NHS since.
