Our heart should calm our nerves, we are often stressed because of our daily affairs, work, relationships. In order not to stress you need to do things you love to do. If you worry a lot about something there is duaHasbiyyah Allahu la ilaha illa huwa alayhi tawakkaltu wa-huwa rabbu al-arshi al-azim. This supplication appears in the Qur'an. Allah Almighty says: If they turn away, then say, βEnough of Allah for me. There is no true deity but Him, in Him I trust, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne. Our life is like an endless routine of our problems, we are human beings created by Allah to serve Him and to enjoy the process of life. Allah says in the Qur'an that He has not created everything for idle amusement: βI have created the jinn and men only that they may worship Me.β [The Holy Qur'an, 51:56] He created us so that we would worship Him and not give Him companions (practice Uniformity)Ψ§ΩΩΩ Ψ£ΩΨ¨Ψ± Ψ§ΩΩΩ Ψ£ΩΨ¨Ψ± ΩΨ§ ΩΨ¨ΩΨ± Ψ³ΩΨ§Ω! π€π»
