Get out of your head and into your body. This is a video of me mostly on the floor, rolling around, breathing, gently moving. This is what I do to come into my body if I'm feeling out of it. I encourage you to lay on your bed, listen, gently move and open your hips as you inhale through your nose and let the stomach expand, chest rise, face soften. On the exhale, let the chest start to fall, then relax the groin area as you start opening your root. Let your body lift and fold and roll where it wants. ~ if you have questions about anything I just wrote, please DM! :) Doing this always, and I mean always, turns me on. Prepares me to start moving my touch to more sensitive areas and experience deeper pleasure. Learning how to relax and soften the breath and body is the beginning to any pleasure practice. I'm not sure what happened to my lens that last half, but I kinda like that it looks like a VHS =*
