Today is split day—I just need a little more push! My coach said that my body will keep fluctuating—sometimes moving forward, sometimes taking a step back. And even when I finally get into a full split, it won’t mean I can just do it anytime. I’ll have to push even further to always have that flexibility reserve. So yeah, there’s still a lot of work ahead 😁But I love it 😈P.S. Yes, there’s a mess in the background—I cooked dinner last night and was too lazy to clean up. I’ll load everything into the dishwasher when I get home 🙂↕️
