🕑 Added 2022-03-01 06:12:01 +0000 UTC 🚩🚩 **The Red Flags of Bullying** 🚩🚩 ***this is always good to understand*** *I have been watching humans my entire life and just recently embarked on a journey to fully understand and get into the minds of the emotionally disturbed individuals who bully and abuse to get control or to maintain some power* BULLYING IS when a person enlists the help of other people to “defend” themselves against their “bully.” ***I want us all to be very clear*** very clear that bullying is not when one person is mean to one other person. **BULLYING IS WHEN ONE PERSON CAN NOT HANDLE THEIR OWN COMMUNICATION WITH ANOTHER PERSON** and they call for help. 🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘 People pls be very wary when you hear about some awful bully that is hurting your friend. Did you see it? ***then don’t get involved*** Let people fight their own battles and especially if you WERE NOT LITERALLY THERE 💔💔💔 ***right?*** I have seen countless people running with their bats over to beat someone to the ground on the word of someone else. ***and be wrong and look like an abuser but also VERY FOOLISH*** 🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘❌🆘 The thing is, that the bully not only PLAYS VICIM, in a sense they ARE the victim, but it’s of themselves. No one can persuade a person with low-self esteem that they are wrong or that they have made a mistake and in fact most adult bullying stems from the need to “win” or be “right” and the bully is constantly chasing the validation dragon “pick me I’m best!! Tell me how right I am!!” All abuse has its roots in unhealthy communication patterns. Some of us have better ways of expressing our needs than others. Some people struggle with the part of life that involves other people. People are different People seem “difficult” when they are hard to understand. When someone is hard to understand they have a very hard time **getting their desired outcomes** and over time massive resentment builds towards the people that are communicating clearly and effectively. The people that can’t get what they’d like have the time to be causing trouble for the people who are busy managing their busy lives. As we age, the seriousness of “trouble” skyrockets to where nothing is “harmless” and lives are most surely lost. This topic makes me a little sick so if you are smart enough to read this and take away **DO NOT HELP DEFEND ANOTHER PERSON AFTER THE FACT ITS OVER JUST BE KIND** then stop reading and let’s go fuck 🤣🤣 I’ll turn this fun!!
