***Real Time Post: Monday afternoon....***
I am now 5 days out from my first competition of the season...and it has been a tough few weeks as the weeks prior to a competition I double down on cardio (and I hate cardio truth be told), focus on lifting more and more weights and dialing down my food intake....
So the past few weeks for me have been... wake up - fasting cardio, eat, go to the gym, nap time, eat, cardio (1 hour), eat and sleep for the night..... rinse and repeat.....
But this cycle will be broken on Thursday when we drive down to Houston for the competition...so it's almost here!!!
