Trainer tip: SINGLE LEG EXERCISES Or single side Exercises ..
🕑 Added 2020-12-18 21:46:17 +0000 UTC Trainer tip: SINGLE LEG EXERCISES Or single side Exercises in general.. big fan! This is where you find your imbalances. Everyone has a dominant side. For example if you do regular squats all the time with heavy weight you are unknowingly going to favor that dominant side. It continues to get stronger while the weaker side stays weak! Don't believe me.. take a video of your squat from behind. You might see your pelvis is shifted one direction. Start training single leg/arm to maximize your results.
