Today is my first proper leg day in the gym for such a long time. No more excuses this year. I will get into the best shape of my life. I am going to post all my barefoot workouts on here so maybe you want to follow these exercises and improve your fitness with me.
The next 3 months I am in hibernation mode for winter. I am just training and making videos now. In the spring I will emerge from my cocoon a new man.
