It took me a long time to recover and I lost a lot of muscle mass. My coach suggested that I should continue as a Bikini competitor rather than being a Figur competitor (which I've been from 2016 to 2020), because my body is not allowing me to get back to my massive self atm. I don't want to lie to you. I am much smaller right now than in the pictures and videos I shared so far on here. I love how I looked back then and want to share it with people who appreciate girls with muscle. I hope you enjoy the content I am posting. Let me know if you also want to see content with my recent shape. I am very ok with how I look right now (but still a little sad that I lost so much muscle mass).
