The Woodchop???!!! One of my favorite workouts to do anywhere! In the gym, at home, or even in a hotel when I don’t have any kind of equipment☺️. It targets? the transverse abdominals muscle and the oblique muscles. (These muscles allow you to twist? at the waist and swing a bat? or racket? using the weight of your body and not just your arms??. The woodchop also engages the muscles of your back, shoulders, and legs??.
Things to take note of?:
? Don't lock the knees and hips
? Do not bend your arms
? Always flex your core & abs
